AIn high-density urban areas, most of construction projects are facing the fact that either property line or other space limitations prohibit excavation of the site. In order to overcome such limitations, blindside construction techniques and that of waterproofing has been developed minimizing the areas of a site that needs to be disturbed or excavated. Blindside waterproofing is considerably more complex than conventional waterproofing since the entire process needs to be reversed; waterproofing is installed prior to the foundation pour.
